Please print, fill out and mail the following form to the address indicated with
a check or money order for the appropriate amount made payable to Long Island Travasuns,
Inc.. We strongly suggest that you provide a working e-mail address so you
can receive notifications from us. If e-mail privacy is an issue, we suggest
that you open up a free e-mail account for your own private use, such as hotmail
(http://www.hotmail.com/)
or yahoo mail (http://mail.yahoo.com/).
Please note that TNS and AANR dues, which we have no control over, can change without
notice, and we cannot be responsible for keeping their dues amounts current.
The best we can promise is that we will use our best efforts to keep those amounts
current. We will notify you if you remit the amount stated here and their
actual dues are higher, at which point you will be given an option to either remit
the difference or cancel the TNS and/or AANR portion of your registration.
AANR and TNS memberships are optional and will not affect your status as a Travasuns
member. They are nationwide nudist clubs that many of our members enjoy the
benefits of. If you are unsure whether you want memberships in these clubs,
please check their websites at

IMPORTANT: If you are joining our club to attend one of our pool parties and
the party is less than two weeks away, do not mail the application because it might
not be processed in time. Instead, bring the completed application and payment
to the pool party, where we will process it for you that night at the front desk.
